This Automatic Plastic Powder Weighing Feeding Mixing System is designed for PVC/WPC door frame and window profile extrusion. It manages everything from formula weighting and heating mixing to cooling mixing and final storage.

Intelligent PLC Control

The system utilizes the newest SIEMENS PLC control system. It manages auto-dosing for CPE, stabilizers, ACR, and vacuum loading for PVC and Caco3. The clear English interface ensures regional functions are easy to operate.

Automatic Dosing & Vacuum Feeding

Equipped with an anti-bridging device to prevent raw materials from sticking. Features electronic balance sensors for high-precision weighing and filters to adsorb powder efficiently.

Mixing & Final Storage

Heating is achieved via self-friction or electric heating up to 120ºC. Cooling takes approximately 8 minutes to reach 40ºC. The final storage includes anti-bridging technology to ensure materials do not clump even after a week of storage.
