The thickness of the anodic oxide film is 12-25 um (complying with QUALICOAT Class II), and the salt spray test lasts for over 1000 hours. The powder coating complies with the AAMA 2604 standard, with a color difference ΔE ≤ 1.5. Customization of RAL/Pantone color codes is fully supported.

Our factory is equipped with an 800T-3500T extrusion machine group, capable of producing complex profiles with an outer circular section diameter up to Φ380mm (such as vehicle structures and radiator profiles). We offer a one-stop service from mold design to extrusion and finishing, with a sample production cycle of 15 days.

The typical delivery period for standard products is 25 days, and for customized products it is 35 days. The logistics can be dispatched according to the customer's specified shipping agents and terms.
