According to the different component characteristics of industrial doors, quick doors, rolling shutter doors, garage doors, metal door panels, hardware accessories, motor drives, etc., a layered and graded protective packaging method is adopted. The entire process protects against risks such as long-distance ocean shipping jolts, dampness, salt spray, and bumps and squeezes, and is suitable for various transportation scenarios including long-distance ocean shipping, cross-border land transportation, and air transportation.
The surface of the door panel is fully covered with thickened pearl cotton + bubble film for double-layer packaging, preventing paint scratches and surface; special hard protective corners are installed on the door panel edges to prevent deformation and damage; the entire door panel is wrapped with waterproof winding film for full enclosure, isolating moisture, rain, and salt spray erosion, suitable for transportation in areas with frequent rain and high salt spray.
For small hardware items such as guides, rollers, locks, screws, etc., they are uniformly packed in thick waterproof cardboard boxes, classified and packaged, and sealed to prevent moisture; for precise electrical control components such as motors and controllers, they are placed in custom reinforced boxes to prevent moisture short circuits and vibration damage.
The entire shipment uses export-specific non-pesticide-treated plywood wooden boxes/real wood reinforced wooden frames, meeting the quarantine standards of various countries around the world, without the need for additional pest control certificates, and can be smoothly cleared through customs without any obstacles; the exterior of the box is reinforced with steel bands in a cross pattern to prevent cracking of the box and shifting and shaking of the goods, with strong load-bearing capacity, resistance to pressure, and durability, completely eliminating problems of transportation deformation and damage.
After all the goods are packed, there are no gaps, and shock-absorbing materials are filled inside to avoid shaking and friction of the goods during transportation; all components are uniformly numbered and marked in detail, facilitating quick verification and efficient installation by overseas customers after receiving the goods.
