Product Highlights

Commercial hollow metal doors with lite kits and glass (or narrow windows) not only provide light to a room, but can ensure more safety, too. Doors with glass window lites provide safety for well-traveled corridors and hallways, allowing occupants to see whether others are entering. Ideal for both interior and exterior building applications.

  • Including self-attaching metal frame lite kits mounted with glass
  • Glass types: wire glass or other fire safety glass
  • Lite kit order size equals cutout size; Non-handed design with reversible hinge plates
  • Factory-applied gray primer or finished painting (RAL color options)
  • Fire-rated time up to 1.5 hours with UL/WHI/FM labels

Door Material A40 galvanized steel or galvanized steel. Heavy-duty, SDI Level 2 (1.1mm) 18-gauge steel panels; (1.4mm) 16Ga frame available.
Door Core Cellular core, polystyrene core, mineral fireproof board, or rock wool.
Door Thickness 1-3/4 inch (44.5 millimeters) standard.
Handing Design Asymmetric design; reversible hinge plate.
Door Size Single door: up to 4'0" x 8'0" (1220 x 2440 mm); Double doors: 8'0" x 8'0" (2400 x 2400 mm). Custom sizes available.
Edge Square hinge with lock edge (optional bevel edge) - full height, epoxy-filled mechanical interlocking edge.
Reinforcement Heavy-duty steel used for door closers, hinges, and reinforcing locks.
Finish Surface Grey primer / Surface paint / Powder coating / Wood grain finish.
Fire-Rating Optional (with fire glass) - WHI/UL up to 1.5 hours; Positive Pressure and "S" Smoke included.
Vision Size 22" x 60" regularly, or customized.

Can different colors and models be mixed together in one order?
Surely yes. Mixed colors and models are acceptable. In one 20GP or 40HQ container, we suggest mixing 3-6 models.
Can you make the door according to our drawing?
Yes, we can. Customers should send us the drawing for initial checking, then we will provide a corrected drawing for production approval.
What is your policy for samples?
For small samples, we can offer them for free. For complete doors, we charge based on the actual situation, but the sample charge is refunded if you place a bulk order.
What special services do you provide?
We offer overseas installation services.
How does the ordering and delivery process work?
Delivery takes about 20-35 days. After confirming your specs, we issue a solution and invoice. Production starts after a 50% deposit. We provide photos/videos of the finished product before the balance is paid and shipping occurs.
Do you have items in stock?
We stock American standard hollow metal doors and frames. For specialized or customized project orders (specific sizes, colors, locks), we arrange production according to the project schedule.
